The service provides access to a national Network of acute organisations working their way towards similar objectives, assisting your team to help build an understanding of change programmes for particular priorities, whilst giving each organisation an understanding of what that change programme looks like for them and importantly what the limiting factors are in achieving those productivity goals.

In addition to data being supplied from national sources, we also take a number of data feeds directly from organisations including HR, theatre, radiology, finance (off-tariff contract values, general ledger and costing) and PAS feeds where appropriate. 

We use these to build a view of indicators, in line with your priorities, they are not prescriptive. Providers are now exploring performance improvement pathways for the regions QIPP measures (from an Acute perspective) as well as demand management, resource utilisation and quality and outcome measures.

Flexibility in the system allows subscribers and Cohorts to draw up their own KPI’s in line with their own regional priorities.
