The UK Performance Network is a benchmarking and performance management program delivered by HCS and MedeAnalytics.
Our aim is to give Commissioning and Provider organisations the tools to measure, monitor and lead the way to effective performance improvement. We combine a hosted web-based intelligence tool that relies on data across the whole data landscape in the NHS (rather than just the minimum data set) and access to a network of organisations that learn from each others proven change recipes.
The UK Performance Network enables Commissioning and Provider organisations to benchmark their performance against peers, locally and nationally, including CCG, cluster, ONS PCT, provider, SHA and national peers groups. The programme supports organisations to carve out improvement pathways by interrogating contributing factors to variance in performance levels.
The significant resource sitting behind this service allows us to build a service for you, implement training and plug you into our Network in only six weeks from contracting.
The program consists of two parts – a web based business intelligence tool and an education programme that helps you identify ‘best in class’ performance and also the roadmap for change in priority areas set by subscribers.
